Terms of Service

You agree to the following terms:

You will not try to hack our servers - it really annoys the tech guys and if they get annoyed, WE get annoyed. Any attempts at hacking will meet with immediate termination. We may also take further action - not limited to , legal action, placing a horse's head in your bed, telling tales.

You accept that our service is provided 'as-is'. You may want the fonts a different shade of blue, some fancy flash animations that don't actually do anything, or inclusion of some fake fifth level domain extension but you understand we will implement changes we feel are necessary or an improvement as we see fit.

We will NOT accept domains that redirect to child pornography. It's very naughty and rather disgusting and if you are possession of such domains please seek immediate help and keep away from our service. Any abuse of this will result in immediate termination of your account and your photograph will be nailed to all the trees in your town with a warning. (Note we will only do the tree thing if resources suffice but we WILL terminate your account).

Adult domains and redirections are permitted provided they are legal. Lets face it we all know what is and isn't acceptable so don't plead ignorance if you find your face staring out from a local Elm tree and your account terminated.

You accept we can terminate or suspend your account at any time. Although we will strive to find a compromise in such a case we are not obliged to give you reason. We model ourselves on larger companies customer services but the difference is we actually answer our emails and listen to people on a case by case basis.

Should you choose to cancel a paying subscription we will not refund the remaining time allocated although we will refund should there be an erroneous billing after cancellation. If you wish to cancel all or part of a subscription email us at support@abcdirection.com clearly stating what you want cancelled. For obvious reasons we can only accepting cancellations originating from the email of the account holder.
